- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Oct 5, 13 called to get basic information on a good CPA for my personal and business returns but receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Seems that as a potentially new client, she would be helpful but that is certainly not the case. If the person answering the phones is not helpful, I can only imagine the service of the CPAs.
